How Drift’s Trusted AI works for German immigration

How Drift provides source-backed immigration information, explains its limits, and involves independent lawyers when individual legal advice is needed.

Drift is Drift’s AI assistant in beta. Its job is to help you understand German immigration options using publicly available sources and find an appropriate independent lawyer.

Information you can check

Drift draws from Drift’s public help articles, including guides that reference official and legal sources. Answers show the supporting articles so you can review the information. Drift can make mistakes and does not replace advice about your individual situation.

Matching is a separate process

Drift lets you explain your situation in one message, then collects only missing details. It saves your email before checking expertise, jurisdiction and current calendar availability. You choose a candidate before a calendar link is shown. Calendar availability is checked during matching and again before a booking link is shared. It may change. Matching does not confirm conflicts checks, a booking or an ongoing mandate. Those must be confirmed with the provider or lawyer. You can also review profiles on the homepage yourself.

When Drift cannot answer

Unsupported questions, poor answers and unresolved matches are automatically saved in the Drift team’s review inbox. The team can answer in the chat and take over from Drift. No email request is sent. There is no guaranteed response time.

Your information
