Security and reporting a concern

How to use Drift safely, what we can verify and how to report a problem.

How is my connection protected?

This help centre is served over HTTPS, which encrypts information in transit between your browser and the service. HTTPS does not mean a service has no security risks or that every message is anonymous.

How can I protect my information?

Share only what is necessary. Check links before opening a booking or payment page, and confirm the lawyer and service before paying. Never send passwords, access codes or full payment-card details in chat.

What does the Drift beta allow?

The preview limits requests and daily AI usage. It can suggest practical lawyer matches from governed records and save conversations for Nia to review. Nia can reply in the chat. It does not send email requests, take payments or confirm bookings. Lawyer calendars remain separate services. Use fictional scenarios only. The staff review inbox requires a private team key and an authenticator code. Staff sessions expire after 15 minutes. Chat records have a fixed expiry and in-chat export and deletion controls. Identifier filtering is best effort and may miss sensitive details. These controls are not a security certification or a guarantee of safety.

Where is information processed?

This preview uses Cloudflare for hosting and Cloudflare Workers AI for the Drift beta. This page does not promise that all processing stays within the EU. Check the Privacy Policy and contact Drift if location or provider details affect your decision to use a service.

How do I report a security problem?

Email [email protected] with the page, approximate time and a brief description. Do not include another person’s records, passwords or sensitive documents. Ask for a suitable way to share further evidence.

If a payment or account may be affected, contact the relevant bank or account provider as well. For a privacy request, use the privacy contact route.
